I wanted to take a break without leaving Singapore so decided to check into a hotel for a relaxing weekend. When I submitted a price for a four star accommodation but was not accepted because it was too low, i was rather disappointed. Shortly after, I received a call from Priceline Hong Kong who offered me a 5 Star accommodation at only $12 more than what my asking price was. Of course i grabbed the offer. Within minutes, I have my hotel and at a 60% discount!!! To boot that, I got another call from Priceline Hong Kong to confirm my booking. Now, this is what I call service. Kudos to Priceline, my one and only way of booking for Flights and Hotel Accommodations. |

Priceline is fantastic. In last autumn, my parents planned to go to Bangkok to visit their friends during Chinese New Year. I helped them to check the seat and price in some travel agents; however, they couldn't confirm the seat and the price to me. I don't like to call them time-to-time, it is wasting time and very trouble. So I try to book air tickets and hotel room in Priceline. Priceline is so simple - "Fast and easy". I got the confirmation within 1 hour. And the ticket delivered to me in the other day. Woo... And also, I got the bonus, very reasonable price air tickets and cheap price in 4-star hotel.
Well, my parents come back from BKK last night. They said hotel room is good and big. They are satisfied about it. Unlucky, they could stay long time in the hotel, so my mum said want to stay there again. Also, the return flight is quite good; they have been upgraded to Business Class, larger seat, TV and computer. So my lucky parents and thank you Priceline! |

I told all my friends and family about Priceline, getting a air ticket
around the world is so easy and fascinating. I strongly recommend them whenever they are going overseas, go to Priceline.
Today, a Priceline customer service lady called from overseas and introduce me about the hotels booking service. I am very impressed by the after-sales service. The customer service lady is polite and friendly. I am really impressed the spirit of the customer service. Three cheers to the Priceline...
